Austria

Myrafälle, Muggendorf, Lower Austria. I was travelling in Europe for two weeks, visiting friends and family both in France and in Austria. I was staying in Pernitz, a couple of hours away from Vienna, where the rain had been falling heavily before giving way to a warm summer light. I couldn’t resist going for a short hike in the forest to photograph the beauty of the Austrian countryside.

Into her eyes

Something different, playing with the ambient light and an old 50mm lens. No flash, large aperture (f2.2) and high ISO (2500), the Nikon does well in those conditions and the very slight grain adds to the mood.

“Bad pool day” + Texture

I recently posted a photo called “Bad pool day” (see below). I wanted to add some texture and drama to it by using different post processing techniques, and create a “grunge/edgy” aspect. The result is slightly surreal but I think it works well for this photo. Tutorial to come.
